Don't believe everything you read.

I saw the actual amount of the tuition voucher, and the actual amount
of even the lowest cost private schools. The actual wording is not
neccesary, though if you have an example of wording that indicates
that the whole cost or close to the whole cost is paid, I'd like
to see it.
