I'm not sure if Churchill would have agreed with "freedom from want";
he was conservative compared to FDR.

Ariel Sharon's striding onto the Temple Mount was completely a
nationalistic move; it is forbidden by Jewish religious law to
go onto most of the Mount in a state of impurity. Unfortunately,
for the sake of solidarity, most Jewish religious leaders aren't
pointing this out. On the other hand, it was clear that a disturbance
and re-igniting of the intefada would have occured without Sharon,
there were already wheelbarrows full of the large chunks of concrete
the PLO used as "stones" to throw onto worshipers at the western wall
when he went there but, as one columnist wrote, the question remains,
why did he have to give them an excuse?

If you read the passage carefully, he does not say for him to lay
down the countries arms, he says not to pursue alliances with
countries that would be conquered. (According to historical scholars,
Rezin was indeed conquered by Assyria) This passage, in Judaism, isn't
even considered a messianic one; and wasn't considered one historically
until xtianity, in it's syncretic phase, was looking for a virgin birth
story in the "Old Testement".
