Your analogy does not hold, Todd.  In the case of intelligence vs intelligence, 
it is a matter of degree, and an argument can be drawn from that.  Your analogy 
is not one, since a vacuum cleaner vs martial arts skills are in no way similar 
to draw an argument about vacuum cleaners as seasoned fighters.  You are being 
absurd.

I don't recognize that at all.  What leads you to conclude that the existence 
of intelligence points to a source of consciousness that -transcends- humanity. 
 That's quite a leap there.

Spirit??  Do you have any evidence of that?  But do you have any evidence at 
all that ANY of the objects of your above are not limited by the universe.  
That's an enormous leap there.  Is there a reason we should accept your belief 
that a thing can exist outside of itself, much less -outside- (which doesn't 
exist by definition) the universe?
