Nope, not so, Todd.  You dishonestly attributed YOUR words to mine when you 
dishonestly edited my quote to INSERT your words to pretend they were mine. Is 
dishonesty typical of you?  I did NOT say, "If it hasn't been around forever, 
then where did it come from, and who made it?"... YOU said that. YOU introduced 
both the -from- and -who-.  My next questions addressed those logical leap 
assumptions of yours, which you still have not answered.
