Actually it is easy but then again it doesn't matter since localtime on the server is UTC here. :-) I haven't tried it for awhile but it seems to me that output can be adjusted to any timezone no matter what the local server's localtime is. I think that requires /usr/share/zoneinfo (libc) but don't quote me on that. I know that a call to "date" on the commandline definetly can be adjusted to differing timezones without setting the system date. I don't see why the Perl module would be any different.
