actually, i've not really gotten into everything that REXX can do... i know 
that i could rewrite the main control .BAT files for the bbs in REXX but i 
don't see any advantages in doing so... shoot, OS/2 is so comparable on both 
sides of the fence, that i took my .BATs and copied them to .CMDs and then 
simply altered the names of the programs to call the proper native 
counterpart... a few waits here and there and some sleeps here and there and 
everything was running on both side of the fence with no problems ;)

ooooooo... i actually hadn't thought about throwing sed at it... yes, it is 
always the same... that should be easy enough to do, too...

i'm sure... part of my problem is finding something that i can use in DOS or 
native OS/2 ;)

hey... it works and works great... does everything i want, need and more... i 
am, however, still trying to locate the coffee making attachment for it so that 
it can make me my coffee, too! O:)
