a "hijacked" REXX script that seems to have originated with RexxMail... it 
calls itself HTML2TXT and says that it is a filter to convert (ISO 8859-1) HTML 
to PC-850 text.

there're a few minor problems that i'm aware of with it... one being the 
inability to fully strip out some javascript stuff... it leaves

behind when filtering the following...

and i'm too lazy to try to track it down and correct it...

hummm... this might be a case where i could use a nice perl script to convert 
from something html to plain ascii text... something "simple" i hope as i do 
not have any CPAN stuff installed if there is any at all... should i mention 
that this stuff is being done on an OS/2 Warp 3 Connect box?? ;)
