Subj : talking to myself To : Jason Cullins From : Maurice Kinal Date : Tue Feb 15 2005 10:04 am Hey Jason! That is what I for one would appreciate knowing, especially wrt how it might influence a XML-RPC server and possible Windows perl clients to that server. For instance my neighbour might decide to use a perl based client to the server on his win98 box, seeing he has already jumped through the hoops to get perl working on there. :-) For any{thing, one} else I'd imagine javascript would be the better choice wrt their web browser. Still toying with that idea so I am not really sure about it all at this point in time. On the surface, and from what I've played with so far, it seems like a good idea and worth further investigation. That is what he was initially thinking. Also he is highly resistant to upgrading his win98 box so that might be a good way to keep it current with the rest of the world, and perhaps even a step or a thousand ahead of the typical or standardized MS sheeple. Heh, heh. I've unintentionally created a monster over there. :-/ >> Errrrrr ... better stock up on "Depends". ;-) JC> i own stock :) so go ahead and buy buy buy! :) Heh, heh. Always a bright side eh?
