Errrr ... please revise the proposed MSGID to yymddhhmmss where the first 
m=month and only requires one hex digit to represent it (12 months in a year 
last time I checked).  Kind of an overall oddball result but better then the 
current for ensuring uniqueness for an extended period of time.
