hmm, started to work with the subject file and i've obviously saved a version 
that didn't work or was a work in progress...

anybody have a working version of this?

i'm attempting to read gate my local newsgroup to this echo. i can toss the 
..pkt's to the newsgroup, but so far i've been unable to create a valid 
packet...
