Rather than performing the CP, you are saying that it is merging the HTML
instructions afterwards as some sort of include?  Hmm...  maybe you could try
something less ambiguous to the shell, such as "/bin/cp" .  A naked CP could
have other meanings, such as MS-DOS Code Page, or Set Caption.  "/bin/cp" only
has one meaning that I know of....  Hmm....
