Thanks to both of you. I figured it out in a fit of clarity later that night. 

I have taken the tossing code I got from Tony long ago, and added some other 
stuff to make it toss to html. 

What I have is working at http://www.dimstar.net/msg. 

I'm working on a script to pack up new messages now.
