Yeah I noticed that.  Mind you there hasn't been that much traffic here so 
perhaps that might explain the lack of dupes given that it is likely a software 
problem wrt MSGIDs, which apparently aren't an official Fido standard.  Beats 
me why a lack of one ould cause any grief with any FTN softwware.  Looks very 
suspicious from this angle.

Sounds good.  If you find out who and what I for one would greatly appreciate 
knowing about it.  I am still planning to update this Perl script and make it a 
tad more user-friendly.  If it turns out to be something fixable and desirable 
then I am all for it.  However if it turns out that it is abandonware, or 
worse, that is the heart of the problem then I am less inclined to do anything 
to assist that lame cause.

Does that sound fair?
