Piece of cake!  The server will do the real work so there isn't that much to 
sweat on the Windows (client) end of things.  Just script the client out to 
provide the absolute minimum required to call it a message(s).  I sure as heck 
wouldn't expect any Windows box to handle the server end of things.  Server 
apps are meant to be run on more capable OS's.  Windows is geared to single 
user desptop GUI crap and should be kept as stupid as possible.  :-)
