The DPMI32 traget platform files for build 243 are now available.

you can choose between installing into installed version or
to merge into install directory and then install all platforms.

I have also updated the german VP.STR translation.

The tool menu is nice .. It would be nice to have an action that
runs a tool after successful RC.EXE on OS/2 to convert OS/2 to
Win32 format resource fro DPMI32/Linux.
