Hi *!

A new release of SoundLib 2 is out!
SoundLib 2 is a unit for mixing and playing different kinds of
sound files on a Soundblaster card or compatible.

Here the new features:
- S3M support
- 32 bits sample interpolation
- Volume overdrive without overflow (no nasty sounds)
- Soundblaster driver improved
- bugfixes
