Perhaps from your point of view, although I seem to recall in both pascal and 
pascal_lessons that post where to be written in English.  If after asking 
nicely several times something can't be worked out between the sysop's 
envolved, then it would seem to be a problem with the gate. (or the backbone, 
either way).  Although its really not a big deal, as I've my uplinks areafix 
has seemed to start working again, so I'll probably be un-connecting pascal, 
pascal_lessons, and delphi as all three contain nearly 100% russian text.  I 
don't mind communicating with other countries, but when all of the users of my 
BBS speak English, and none of them speak Russian, it doesn't appear like 
there's any communication going on.  That leaves it to just the funny looking 
characters in their writing, and since they don't seem to make any decent 
pictures, I can't use it for artwork either.
