Please correct me if I am wrong. Well, Fidonet policy states that all "International" echo's are english speaking, and this echo is defintly an english speaking echo (at least according to the rules), but due to the manor in which the gating is taking place between the US and the Russian boards, we are having terrible problems with Russians language in the echo. I'm thinking about making a few comments to the guys in the FTSC_PUBLIC echo and perhaps, might start looking into the matter, as I'll be starting an echo out soon, and do not want the Russians taking over that echo like they are doing in this echo. Sad, but perhaps for this echo, the pascal echo, and the Delphi echo it looks like the best thing that could happen to it would be to remove it from the backbone and require all nodes poll / contact the moderator via internet for a feed.
