you are correct, robert... good to see you in here... with recent connection 
developments, fidonet is becomming more connected than it ever was... even with 
the decline we've seen, our connections with other zones is getting much better 
and also faster... this is bringing new traffic to the echos everywhere from 
different countries... sometimes it takes a while for everyone to get things 
straight... sometimes, there's also a crosslink to a language specific echo of 
the same topic... ie: pascal and pascal.ru and pascal.gr and pascal.fr and 
pascal.it, etc <G>

anyway, i'm also being somewhat leinient because some traffic is better than no 
traffic... 'specially if it's carrying code written in pascal... i don't want 
to run off any that may stay and talk and learn as long as they can stay on 
topic... and i don't want to run anyone out if its possible to learn from them 
and/or teach them...

with all this in mind, i'd like to ask everyone to please have some patience 
while this educating takes place... 'specially the educating about how fidonet 
echos work and the mail links et al...
