Theree's three ways that I know of, (you already know the first)

 1 reboot
 2 use a tsr manager like TSRCOM.ZIP  (mark and release) or windows
 3 write the TSR to fix it's vector and release it's memory

 RT> ofcourse you can set the int back to previous, but how about
 RT> unloading the tsr itself so it dont take any mem?

 int $21  with  AH=$49  (look it up) don't forget to also free the
 environment block.
