Maybe you should try using Turbo Pascal 7.0 - might have more luck.  I've seen 
TCP/IP stuff for Virutal Pascal and Delphi, but not much for TP.  I know it's 
out there...try looking at Programmer's Paradise (www.programmersparadise.com) 
- they have some good stuff there.
