Just have to write the basic conversion stuff. Best thing to do is study ansi codes and then html layout. Assuming you don't want to be too fancy with html theres only about 20 lines of html that is only needed and maybe 4-5 html commands for a basic output file. So its not that hard. Theres some good html tutorials out there. I think I may still have some on my Links page on my website. http://users.cybermax.net/~longshot and then the links page.
