   ... some code...
   BBSR.SysopName:=...
   ... some code...
   BBSR.Software:=...
   ... some code...
   BBSR.Phone:=...
   ... some code...
   BBSR.Telnet:=...
   ... some code...

   ...you do it like this:

   with BBSR do begin
     BoardName:=...
     ... some code...
     SysopName:=...
     ... some code...
     Software:=...
     ... some code...
     Phone:=...
     ... some code...
     Telnet:=...
     ... some code...
   end;
