if it's the same p2c I've seen the later versions do do Borland and other
flavours of Pascal (like ISO)  the ealrly versions (around 1990) only did ISO
pascal.

www.delorie.org  is  good start point for finding dos/win ports of free/GPL
unix programming tools (which p2c is)

The manual page says it does tp6 objects  - version 1.22
are tp7 objects radically different?

I don't expect it'd handle some of the internal objects (like textrec)
