I'm using V1.20 by Dave Gillespie of Cal Tech.  The man page mentions a number 
of dialects including "Turbo Pascal 5.0".  You may have to try it to see 
whether any of the features you need are supported.  I got it from NetBSD's 
pkgsrc, but it may also be in your Linux distro's package system.  I'm not 
aware of a Web site for p2c.
