Subj : Pentium II patch for pascal To : Eddy Thilleman From : Ryan de Laplante Date : Mon Oct 06 2003 10:52 pm RdL> patch says that the executable is probably compressed. Does anyone RdL> know how to uncompress the executable so that I can apply the patch? ET> Then this exe file is compressed. There are programs ET> that uncompress such files. One such program that I ET> know is UNP. You can search internet with a search ET> engine with a string like "uncompress exe unp" (without ET> the quotes). Thanks, I've downloaded UNP and it successfully uncompressed the EXE. Next I tried running several different patches that are supposed to fix the Runtime error 200 but none worked on that one particular program. Someone else on this echo pointed me to something called TP7P5FIX which is a TSR that you load before running a problematic EXE. This worked!
