C? If you can provide examples with it I can probablly translate.

No that's not quite correct. the pkt files are what mailers exchange, but most 
mailers that I've seen won't read a locally created pkt file. They want a .msg 
that they can pack into a pkt themself at connect time. Mailers that I've seen 
which follow this behavior:

FrontDoor
InterMail
D'Bridge
T-Mail
BBBS
Internet Rex (configuration dependant, supports both ways I think)

I have it. I've read it. I created a baic routine from it, but I was hoping I 
could look at someone else's code to verify my logic. If you don't want to help 
me in that direction, don't reply!
