yeah, but not pascal.

mailers?  MSG files aren't used for moving fidonet meessages.
ISTM that what you want are pkt files...  (type 2+ to be precise)

I'm not going to write it for you, make a start define the record types and
figure out how to read each field...

Download FTS-0001.016 if you  don;'t already have a copy (should be on a
bbs or ftsc.org)
