Actually I've never used Manuals or online help. The only 'manual' I ever read was a couple years ago on Java to learn it in a few weeks. The only online help I use is for delphi simply cause of the WinApi stuff that's pretty impossible to memorize. All the other langauges from Basic to pascal to C I pretty much have memorized.
