If freq@kofobbs.dk, subj.: Freq and text= freq file, then can irex@kofobbs.dk 
make it and text= freq pasinfo and  you will get all you need in one file, or 
if you has read the newfiles echos as ALLFIX.FILE or FDN_ANNOUNCENENT it will 
be shown here about the latest news in Pascal-Net and howto freq the files by 
e-mail.
