no, it doesn't... on the version you posted back, it is not the same as it was 
when i received the original... not to mention that the "stripping" caused the 
loss of information...

i say "stripping" in quotes because it's not always a simple 8th bit strip...

yes, it may make some things readable but to use it on another language would 
be like peeing in your gastank on your car because the lawnmower needs new
