Already solved with "Tp7p5fix.zip", a TSR to be loaded before.

Maybe, but I don't know about other patchers with the same purpose.

Anyway, if tppatch couldn't identify, it can be come kind of pklited
and/or encrypted executable (pkzip compress it only 4%, but UNP was
not able to unpack).
