Messing around with DEBUG. Take a few examples compiled by the original English version of the compiler as an example, look what TPPATCH has changed in them and perform the same modifications by hand in your TIMELOG program. Or, if you have the source of TPPATCH: recompile it to understand the German code. Also, there probably will be some sources for other patching programs floating around that you might consider besides TPPATCH.
