You need to compile (i.e. merge) the nodelist using the latest difference 
files, of course. O/T itself does not merge the nodelist and existing 
difference files! In case that there is more than one nodelist (raw format) in 
your nodelist directory, O/T is supposed to use the latest one and to compile 
its own index out of it.
