    The following is a description of changes in O/T version 2.80b compared
    to 2.80a
    --------------------------------------------------------------------------

    - added %REMREALDATE% token to the reminder templates.

      This affects only those reminder with a "date 'minus/plus' x days" (e.g.
      'every last sunday --> minus 2 days').
      The token %REMDATE% is always expanded to the date on which the reminder
      is executed, while the new %REMREALDATE% expands to the date WITHOUT the
      subtracted or added days.

      Example: Hi, I am reminding you today, %remdate%, that we will meet on
               %remrealdate% the next time ...

    - added the possibility to log the MsgID of each message in the netmail-
      log file. (Global/filenames/log addition)

    - fixed a small bug in PKT files. O/T numbered the months in the packet
      header 1-12 instead of 0-11.

    - some small cosmetical fixes in OTSETUP.
