    The following is a description of changes in O/T version 2.80a compared
    to 2.80
    --------------------------------------------------------------------------

    - added OTOPT=POINTROBOT (may be abbreviated to SET OTOPT=POINTR)

      If defined, O/T will also bounce messages back to robots originated on
      point systems (only if bouncing of robot mail is allowed in general).

    - added some debug log entries to O/T's reminder.

    - changed the registered mark from "[registered]" back to "+". The free-
      ware version will identify itself as "[FreeWare]".
