is .3 a valid point entry in tracker/points? Do you have set up any point in
that section at all?

Please try to generate a txt2pkt mail from another (*valid*) address (NOT
one of your points, please just take an address out of the nodelist) and
tell me the results. (Do not forget to remove the bounce message, if one
should have been generated. ;-)) )
