I'm positive that it does NOT exist, as it's my old address, and I was using it 
to see OT/Bounce mail addressed to a system that isn't in the nodelist. :-)  If 
I sent a message from my point system at 9005.3 to 1:124/9005, things behave as 
I'd expect, as the message is bounced back to 9005.3.  However:

I found the switch where Bounce Robot was set to "No" and changed it to "Yes," 
but I just created another test packet to 1:124/9005 and here's what happened:

So where is it that I need to go to tell it to bounce this message back to 
9005.3 instead of just moving it?   It doesn't matter to me that it's a robot, 
just bounce it. :-)
