      I did just this for Steve Winter, back when he was active, and in case
he attepted to route anything through my system.  I also told one other Fido 
member, unfortunately still around, that she was not to route anything throgh 
my system also.  However I'm yet to impliment anything to actively stop her.

      Policy requires that any _valid_ netmail routed through a system be
either passed along it's way, or returned.  There are some exceptions, such as 
encrypted messages, and/or gated email>netmail traffic.  Of course, these can 
be done with advance permission, but NOT without such.
