Tried it and several others over the years... vsoup had it's own problems in my 
setup as I recall. The problem was mostly on my ex-ISPs side because they were 
outsourcing news to supernews and not buying sufficient licenses to handle the 
need. 

If you know that VSOUP has been updated significantly and that it makes a clean 
RMAIL style bag file, then I would probably look at it again.
