I am confused as to what the problem is? I personally use InJoy to connect to 
my ISP. It takes care of selecting which ISP I will connect to and allows me to 
have multiple ISPs as necessary. 

If the problem is that you have too many ISPs listed in a file, consider having 
multiple files and just rename the one you want to use to the correct name when 
you need it.
