PPP over Ethernet.  It's a not-really-standard protocol frequently used by 
high-speed ISPs.  The only 'advantage' of PPPoE over standard TCP/IP is that 
it's easier for ISPs to prevent people from running servers by changing client 
IP numbers on a random basis.
