I am having some problems getting lynx to get started.  Any ideas?

runlynx.cmd:

rem file to call lynx experimental

SET TERM=e:/lynx/share/terminfo/a/ansi-color-
SET LYNX_CFG=E:/LYNX/LYNX.CFG

cd bin
lynx.exe %1`

Distro config no changes at all.

I try and run runlynx and I get the following errors:

[E:\lynx]runlynx
Lynx file /usr/local/lib/lynx.lss is not available.
Error opening terminal: e:/lynx/share/terminfo/a/ansi-color-2.

Version: lynx2.8.4b-os2
Operating System Warp4 FP 9
