Both LIBC01.ZIP and LIBC02.ZIP are here on 1:117/3001 via TELNET or also at the 
FTP site for it at 208.180.232.99 where any nameless mouse should oughta be 
able to download them.

When Bat and Andy noted the difference, I stuck the other one up here in the 
IBMINFO directory as might be needed.
