Let me check my Netscape here.  I will find, download and unzip a .zip file to 
see if it works.  If it does, I will post my settings to see if that helps you.

I don't think I have this problem, but I might.

Ok, let me check that information here.

Looks like you have a newer version than I do.  The date field translates to 
2000-2-29 (strange date to be sending out a release version.)
Mine is -990915 (1999-9-15).  I can check the IBM web site for the date of the 
last release version.  The US IBM site has 9/99 as the latest.  I would suggest 
obtaining a copy directly from IBM.
