Ok, let me check that information here. Looks like you have a newer version than I do. The date field translates to 2000-2-29 (strange date to be sending out a release version.) Mine is -990915 (1999-9-15). I can check the IBM web site for the date of the last release version. The US IBM site has 9/99 as the latest. I would suggest obtaining a copy directly from IBM.
