I usually goto http://shopping.yahoo.com and do a search for 3c905b and then sort by ascending price, I then look at the web sites of the lowest few vendors and if it is one I recognize, I go and order. If not, then I either choose to pay more from someone place I recognize or I try a new vendor. In this case, there is a vendor selling them used for $15 each. That is an excellent deal. I'd take a used 3com over new of any other vendor. If 3com won't work for you, I have had decent luck with the Kingston 10/100 pci card. One is in my OS2 box right now simply because I got a bunch for free with my 8 port switch a few years ago and before I could afford the 3com's. As for a vendor, I use my regional distributor, but that won't help you :) Do the same with yahoo for a vendor, lowest price was under $10. For the money, go with 3com. You should get the latest drivers from IBM or 3com for the 3com card, the kingston came with OS2 drivers though installing was a little weird but once installed they worked fine.
