Greetings mark!

   A long time ago, in a galaxy far, far away, a coded message from mark lewis 
to Don Guy was intercepted...

 ml> on my OS/2 boxes, i run TIME868

Thank you much!  As it turns out, my NTP client was the root of the problem. 
Switched over to Time868, and it's now happily updating my clock from a local 
server.

Took me a bit to set up the Run Minimized/Auto Run/Initial delay combination 
though.  At first I had the delay so short that I had no hope of starting the 
application, switching it to the foreground, and changing settings before it 
completed and exited.  :-)
