Check out Shockwave.com (I think?)... They have a link to a German company that 
made a Shockwave plugin for OS/2. Works fine over here. And you don't need 
MMPM/2 installed to get the video working.

Sometimes I get a protection fault, but it doesn't crash on mine (Warp 3 
FP32)... which version of OS/2 are you running?
