No clue... my guess is no as you need to be a software choice customer to get 
to that page if I recall.

I don't think that is quite a fair assessment of things... Remember that 
TCPIP4.1+ was written for the server products. Did you buy the $1500 server 
advanced package? Does FP14 make the original OS2 that you purchased back 
several years ago work better? Does the standard 16bit TCPIP that you purchased 
that has been maintained through the intervening years not work?
