Basically, yes.  You need to have the same primary address in every program 
that touches/uses the Binkley outbound so that they all see the default 
outbound as being the same zone.  Otherwise, you end up with your situation 
where Lora considers ...\outbound to be for zone 8 (and toss mail there 
accordingly) whereas Rex sees it as zone 5 (and consequently ignores 
outbound.005 as a duplicated zone, thus ignoring your mail).
